Overview
This course is about learning all the basics of Embedded Linux and especially geared towards the Beaglebone Black platform. The course will cover six parts, starting off with an introduction to the platform's functional overview. Following this, it will cover topics related to the eMMC booting, such as efficiency in the Linux kernel and network configuration. Also, it will cover tasks such as site maintenance, system layout, and memory management. Finally, networking will be discussed, with topics related to network security, sshd, and firewall configuration. The overall aim of the course is to provide a thorough understanding of the Beaglebone Black platform and its related components.
