Overview

This course aims to introduce beginners to the Godot game engine. By the end of the course, students will be able to script in Godot, create player-controlled sprites, implement area-based collisions, use signals, work with tweens and timers, understand arcade physics, utilize raycasts for jumping, animate sprites, manage cameras and scrolling backgrounds, and handle collisions with KinematicBody2D and RigidBody2D. The teaching method includes a series of 15 parts covering various aspects of game development in Godot. This course is intended for individuals who are new to Godot and interested in learning game development.
