This course aims to teach learners how to identify policy-violating voice-apps in current voice personal assistant platforms through dynamic analysis. The course covers the design and development of an interactive testing tool called SkillDetective, which can explore voice-apps' behaviors and automatically detect policy violations. Learners will be taught how SkillDetective evaluates voice-apps' conformity to 52 different policy requirements from various sources such as textual, image, and audio files. The teaching method involves using real-world data from Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant platforms to demonstrate the identification of policy-violating voice-apps. This course is intended for individuals interested in automated policy-violation detection in voice assistant applications.
