    • Welcome to Module 1 of the Basics of Cisco Networking course! In this module, we'll provide you with essential knowledge and skills for success in the field of computer networking. You'll gain insights into network components, OSI and TCP/IP models, IP addressing, subnetting, network topologies, and common network devices. Through both theory and hands-on exercises, you'll be well-prepared to understand and navigate the world of networking by the end of this module. Let's begin this exciting journey!
  • Module 2: Cisco Switching and Routing
    • Module 2 of the Basics of Cisco Networking course offers a comprehensive study of Cisco switching and routing. You'll learn about what Cisco Switches can do, how to configure basic switch operations, and configuring and troubleshooting the Cisco Router Interfaces. We'll distinguish Static Routing and Dynamic Routing, identify Routing Protocols, and take stock of the most common errors and solutions. You'll perform a lab and watch my demo on Cisco Router Interface and Static Routing Protocols, and then wrap up with career-facing stories and discussion.
