    • Cancel and return transactions.
    • Suspend and recall a transaction.
    • Work with serialized items.
  • Module 3: Retail statements and near real-time order creation is the process of transforming the retail transactions in Dynamics 365 Commerce into physical and financial transactions.

    • In this module, you will:

    • Discover the difference between the traditional retail statements posting and the near real-time order creation.
    • Learn how to enable and work with near real-time order creation.
    • Learn how to create, calculate, and post retail statements.
