Cheryl Penn completed this course, spending 2 hours a week on it and found the course difficulty to be medium.
Awesome class if you are ready to start working on yourself and reflecting on your thoughts and behaviors. "Interventions" offers practical exercises to increase positivity and other character attributes that you want to strengthen.
It's so interesting class seemed to be over in a flash. It also has great resources if you want to read more deeply on a subject and links to essential psychology surveys.
The small amount of graphic design/animation employed was great and I wish they had others made for other lesson segments. The short animation on green cape/red cape behavior was just the kind of attention-getting images I want in an online MOOC! -
