This course will teach learners interested in designing video games the basics of creating a tower defense game using the Scratch 3.0 platform. The course consists of 12 parts and begins with an introduction to the game development process. It then provides instruction on how to set up a basic tower defense game, add game logic and rules, design user interface elements, incorporate sound and music, and test and debug the game. Finally, learners will learn how to polish the game design and package it for download. The course is ideal for beginners and intermediate users interested in learning the basics of game development.
