Students will learn about data privacy laws, encryption options such as Transparent Data Encryption, Cell Level Encryption, and Always Encrypted, and how to set up Always Encrypted encryption. The course also covers classifying data for protection, auditing sensitive data usage, and understanding the impact of encryption on performance.
