This course provides an overview of LinuxBoot firmware and its implementation on AArch64 servers. The primary goal is to increase security in Mega Datacenters by using Linux as firmware. Attendees will learn how to create an AArch64 OVMF 32MB Firmware File System, configure LinuxBoot Kernel and Initramfs, inject LinuxBoot into an AArch64 64MB flashrom, boot the Final OS from a local disk, and debug LinuxBoot AArch64 Kernel using QEMU and GDB on x86_64. The teaching method includes a demonstration of booting CentOS AArch64 from LinuxBoot flashrom in QEMU on x86_64. The course is intended for individuals interested in firmware development, Linux operating system, and Open Systems Firmware (OSF) in Mega Datacenters.
