Hard Problems We Handle in Incidents but Aren't Recognized

The course aims to highlight often-missed aspects of incidents, providing descriptive vocabulary to recognize them in the future. It covers diagnostic work, recruiting, status reporting, costs of coordination, the dilemma, divide and conquer strategy, sacrifice decisions, hindsight bias, parallel incidents, and chat transcript analysis.
