Building a Path to the Future - Mentoring New SREs

This course aims to provide strategies for being an effective mentor, particularly in a remote work setting. The course covers the importance of mentorship, qualities of a good mentor, guiding principles, documentation, using Slack for mentoring, challenges with mentoring, issues with abstractions, sponsorship, and concludes with key takeaways. The intended audience for this course is individuals working in operations and reliability, especially those early in their careers seeking guidance on mentoring new SREs.
