I have done an MBA but was not taken through the process of writing a compelling vision statement. I was able to rewrite my vision statement with the guided process of developing a vision statement. Also, noteworthy to talk about is identifying my leadership trait and how it affects the performance of my business. Thank you Goldman Sachs 10,000 women.

It was until I enrolled for fundamentals of leadership, I did not know my leadership was poor; I wasn't also committed to crafting a compelling vision for my organization. I have since been glued onto writing my vision, as a key component of shaping my organisation's culture.
