Overview
This course aims to educate participants on the evolving cyber landscape and efforts to counter cyber threats internationally. The learning outcomes include understanding the role of cyber threats in national security, economic policy, and foreign policy, as well as the emerging field of international cyber diplomacy. Participants will learn about the tools used to counter cyber threats, promote norms in cyberspace, and address challenges in the field. The teaching method involves a keynote presentation by an expert in the field. The intended audience includes government officials, high-level executives, policymakers, cybersecurity professionals, and individuals interested in international cyber threats and diplomacy.
