This course provides an introduction to Ichthyology, the study of fish. By the end of the course, learners will understand the definition of a fish, the different types of fish, the range in size of fish species, the percentage of fish species on our planet, and the future direction of Ichthyology. The teaching method involves a lecture format, and the intended audience includes individuals interested in biology, marine science, or zoology.
