Overview
This course covers more examples of second-order Ordinary Differential Equations and their solutions. The learning outcomes include understanding the characteristic polynomial, applying initial conditions, and recognizing that eigenvalues of the matrix system are roots of the characteristic polynomial. The course teaches skills such as writing equations as a matrix system, using Matlab for plotting and integrating solutions, and analyzing unstable systems. The teaching method includes theoretical explanations, practical examples with Matlab code, and demonstrations of solutions. The intended audience for this course is learners interested in advanced differential equations and matrix systems.
