This course focuses on the various methods of visualizing information, such as user stories, kanban boards, and analytics. The goal is to explore why these visualization tools are used and to consider alternative approaches. Students will learn about user journeys, delivery processes, different project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, as well as concepts like Lean Startup and Information Radiators. The teaching method involves storytelling, writing down ideas, and interactive workshops. This course is intended for individuals interested in improving their visualization and information radiating skills in a project management or software development context.
