-Learn how to stay focused and productive when splitting your time between remote work and days in a physical office.

Course 4: Virtual and Hybrid Meeting Essentials
-Discover how to create impactful meetings for everyone on your team—whether they're in the physical office, working remotely, or doing a bit of both.

Course 5: Working and Collaborating Online
-Learn how to use the internet and collaborate with others online. Get the skills you need to safely search the web, use video chat and email, and more.

Course 6: Building Connection and Engagement in Virtual Teams
-Organizational psychologist Erin Shrimpton teaches line managers how to support their virtual teams by applying principles of coaching and organizational psychology.

Course 7: Coaching Virtually
-Master coaching your employees virtually and learn to recognize why this is critical to both their success and your success.

Course 8: Delegating from a Distance
-Learn how to delegate effectively when you and your team members are not in the same location.

Course 9: Virtual Performance Reviews and Feedback
