Overview
This course aims to help individuals with diabetes and their families set achievable goals for better health by breaking down big goals into smaller, more manageable changes. The course covers topics such as portion control, variety in eating, setting SMART goals, measuring success, and increasing physical activity. The teaching method includes a webinar format with a presentation by an MPH Candidate followed by a Q&A session. The intended audience for this course is adults with diabetes and their families who are looking to make positive lifestyle changes for better health.
