This course is a Grade 12 Ethiopian Maths Unit 3 focused on Differential Calculus. It begins with a graphical definition of derivatives and proceeds to movements within an interval, before exploring the derivatives of trigonometric, exponential and product functions. It will then use the chain rule with dy/dx notation before finishing with an exploration of the quotients of functions. Exercise 3.2 and 3.7 will also be used to support learning in the class. Differentiability & Continuity will be discussed to show the relationship between them and the derivatives of functions.
