Overview
This is a course introducing the basics of vehicular physics by discussing moving backward, understanding masks, colliding with the track, and adding and colliding with the finish line. It covers the basics of understanding how vehicles interact with the virtual environment, as well as the concepts essential for designing a racing game. Specific topics include momentum, impulse, physics of impacts, and how to implement these concepts in game design. The course requires a basic understanding of physics and programming. By the end of the course, students will have the knowledge and skills necessary to program a playable racing game.
