I felt that the ingredient slides were not legible. Otherwise very informative session of recipes. Though something other than salads should also be added like a full course meal plan for diabetic patients.

GREAT RECIPES FOR DIABETES PATIENTS . REALLY LOVED THE SESSION . I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS FOR MY PATIENTS

  • I like that all of the salads were able to be made quickly. The teacher was quick to respond to questions & even gave detailed answers throughout the videos. I like the fact that she explained that we can incorporate our own ideas into it to suit our own tastes or improvise if we're lacking ingredients or spices & that we don't have to make ours exactly the same. They all look like they're diabetic friendly yet sweet, but not too sweet at the same time. I definitely recommend this class as part of a Diabetes learning course. THANK YOU Jessica!
